This burger is a fairly new addition to the Wendy's menu, and it's jaw-dropping. For all the wrong reasons.
It's made up of three of Wendy's iconic square beef patties that are stuffed with a warm beer cheese sauce, Applewood smoked bacon, smoky honey mustard, crispy fried onions, pickles, and a slice of muenster cheese, all on a soft pretzel bun. This all makes for a burger that has the most amount of calories out of all the current burgers on the menu. It's also astonishingly high in fat, too. Another major red flag!

The American Heart Association recommends consuming no more than 2,300 milligrams of sodium per day and this burger has 2,150 milligrams. Yes, that is nearly your entire daily limit.

Wendy's is known for its bacon offerings, and the Baconator is a classic. But that doesn't mean it's doing your waistline any favors! There is such a thing as too much bacon, and this burger is proof.
1,160 calories, 82 g fat (34 g saturated fat, 4.5 g trans fat), 1,560 mg sodium, 37 g carbs (2 g fiber, 8 g sugar), 70 g protein
The big takeaway from this round-up is that any of the triple-stacked Wendy's burgers should always be avoided. The Dave's Triple is made the way founder Dave Thomas liked his burger: with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mayo, and onion on a toasted bun. But we're not sure how he would feel about this version, that comes in at more than 1,000 calories and has more sodium that seven small orders of fries. Yikes.
550 calories, 32 g fat (14 g saturated fat), 1,140 mg sodium, 36 g carbs (7 g sugar), 33 g protein
This burger was only available for a limited time back in 2017, but it left a mark. The classic Wendy's patty was and topped with a spicy poblano-pepper queso, Applewood-smoked bacon, fire-roasted salsa, red onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
